The overall game consists of nine copies of Sukoshi.  Each copy of Sukoshi is a game of 3x3 Sudoku.  Place digits 1, 2, 3 on the board so that no row or column contains more than one occurrence of any digit.  The game is over when there are no further legal moves in any subgame.  The goal is to win on any one of the nine boards.  90 points for boards in the first row, 100 points for boards in the second row, 80 points for boards in the third row.  The game ends whenever there is any board with no legal move.
